A unique restaurant and lounge bar in Argentan since 2012
Our story
Since opening, Bulles Bazar has become a distinctive address in Argentan: a place to come for lunch, dinner, a shared drink or a friendly evening atmosphere.
Located in the heart of Argentan, Bulles Bazar grew from a simple idea: to create a different kind of restaurant, warm and lively, halfway between a restaurant, a lounge bar and a meeting place.
Here you’ll find generous cuisine, original specialities, a carefully curated drinks menu and an atmosphere designed to turn every moment into a real break.
The team
Chef & Co-founder
David Tran embodies the culinary identity of Bulles Bazar. He brings creativity, exacting standards and a taste for original flavours. His cooking combines Asian inspiration, generous dishes, tapas to share and homemade recipes. His Bo Bun has become the venue’s signature dish.
Manager & Co-founder
Benoît Debon supports the venue’s development across every area: organisation, management, communication, guest experience and events. Together with David Tran, he has helped make Bulles Bazar a lively, recognisable and much-loved venue in Argentan.
Our place
Bulles Bazar is more than a restaurant. It is a hybrid venue designed to suit different occasions and preferences.
At lunchtime, the venue welcomes anyone looking for a restaurant in Argentan offering an enjoyable break, tasty food and efficient service.
In the evening, the atmosphere shifts to a more lounge-like spirit, with tapas, cocktails, wines, rums, whiskies and convivial moments.
